Peggy later served as Finance Director for a prestigious Japanese advertising company in China, the official service provider for international brands such as Panasonic and celebrity Bingbing Fan. In this role, she was responsible for overseeing tax planning, budgeting, financial controls, and compliance management for large-scale commercial campaigns and cross-border business activities. She successfully managed complex tax matters involving corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax, and expense optimization while ensuring full compliance with Chinese financial and tax regulations. Over the years, Peggy has advised numerous startups, SMEs, and multinational corporations on tax structuring, financial compliance, and operational efficiency. She has extensive practical experience in tax optimization strategies, foreign-invested enterprise compliance, transfer pricing considerations, and cross-border financial arrangements.
